Ford boasts that its upcoming 2017 Super Duty is the toughest, smartest, most capable Super Duty ever, and that's a pretty grandiose statement, especially from such a venerable line of trucks. Now, there's hauling, and then there's "hauling confidently", and we can say with a pretty high degree of certainty that what the 2017 Super Duty is doing here is the latter. This 7,500-pound superstructure attached to this Super Duty was designed to emulate a large slide-in camper cabin, which in addition to being bulky, also shifts the center of gravity for the vehicle. Yet while this changes the weight distribution of the truck, the Ford Super Duty is still able to perform agile maneuvers like slaloming and emergency lane changes.
