Scott McMullen has been in business owning the Council Bluffs, IA Ford Store Location since 1980 when he started the business with his father, Harry. McMullen Ford always has been & will remain a large sized, small family owned dealership.

Scott's philosophy is "We Make It Easy For You" and that attitude comes through with each & every transaction. Scott understands the importance of our customers and his goal is to provide a stress free, worry free, expedient and simple transaction for our guests whether it be Sales, Parts, Service or the Body Shop who has the pleasure of serving you.

Roxie serves as our Office Manager and comptroller as well as many other job titles that she owns. Without her, McMullen Ford just might come to a complete standstill. 

Roxie has been with McMullen Ford since November of 2009 and she served various back office roles at other area Auto Dealerships before joining the McMullen team. All together, Roxie has over two decades of experience in the Car Business and has become an integral part of the back office that keeps McMullen Ford running like a well oiled machine!

Matt is our Collision Repair Center Director and has been with the McMullen Ford Organization for quite some time now. After  years in the Body Repair Business, Matt certainly knows his way around Auto Body Repair and Restoration.

Ron Dufek joined the McMullen Ford family in January of 2014 as a member of the sales staff. Ron has been in the auto business since about 2001, giving him about 15 years of experience in the Car Biz.

The Auto Business is Ron's 2nd career as he spent 21 years in the Armed Services working as a Military Policeman in the Army until he retired as a Master Sergeant. Much of Ron's time in the Army was spent overseas including seven years in scenic Germany. While abroad, Ron worked as a customs officer inspecting the luggage of servicemen returning to the U.S.A. from their foreign duty stations. Ask him what the strangest thing he ever found in a serviceman's luggage was....the answer might surprise you!

Jan has been with the McMullen Ford team since 2010 when she came into the store to purchase a vehicle and simply never left! Jan works as our evening receptionist and it is her lovely voice you will hear if you call after 5:00 pm on most days and it is her lovely face you will see first when you enter the doors to our brand new showroom floor.

Before joining McMullen, Jan worked for 28 yrs as the Office Manager of a wholesale optical supply company. She has become an indispensable part of the McMullen family of employees.
