Over 50 years ago Harry McMullen began his career as a bookkeeper for a Chevrolet dealer. After five years with the company, he joined their sales staff.

In 1957, Harry accepted a position with McFayden's Ford, a long-time established Ford dealership  in Omaha. This was the beginning of a life-long commitment to integrity, and professional, astute service to the customer.

On May 1, 1980, Harry and his son, Scott McMullen, acquired what is now McMullen Ford of Council Bluffs where they created the philosophy of the "No Hassle, No Nonsense" buying experience.

The 80s proved to be years of growth and excitement. With '30-hour' days/7 day weeks, they transformed a struggling store into a valuable asset.

They generated excitement in offering the "Fabulous Fords," and in providing the community a staff of knowledgeable professionals with the prerequisite skills that are so essential in assisting the buyer on the wide variety of automotive subjects.

Harry and Scott believe in customer satisfaction; they believe in the "Total Dealership" concept. They are committed to quality service after a "No Hassle" buying experience.
